【摘要】 从集聚经济的角度探讨了中国城市规模的合理性,并利用2006年中国地级以上城市的数据检验了城市规模与城市经济绩效之间的关系。结果说明,城市规模的扩大并不能带来相应的城市经济增长速度。从政策操作层面上看,在继续关注大城市发展的同时,应该更多地支持规模相对较小的城市。此外,还可以通过提高发展第三产业来提高城市的人均产出。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s proved that the Chinese cities’ scale is reasonable.The relationship between cities’ scale and the urban economy has been examined. The result suggests expanding the scale of cities can’t improve these cities’ economics.So the government should support the smaller cities’ development. Furthermore,the development of the third industry can raise the earnings per person.更多还原
