【Abstract】 The theory of new socialist rural construction is an important component of harmonious society theory,and to promote new rural construction is a long-term historical task.We must take developing rural economy as core to further liberate and develop rural productivity,promote constant development of grain and continuous growth of farmers’ income;we must adhere to the basic rural operat-ing system to respect farmers’ subject status and reform rural systems and mechanisms constantly;we must employ human-oriented principles to solve the urgent problems in farmers’ production and living and let them obtain benefits;we must insist on scientific plan-ning,local condition,and classified guidance to promote rural development with purpose;we must exert the overall activism and rely on farmers’ studious labor,government support,and broad participation of social forces to make the new rural construction common action of the whole party and society.更多还原
