【Abstract】 Based on an analysis of the types and sources of enterprises’ external strategic risks and its impact on the enterprises,the authors research the resonance and reducing process in which external strategic risks interact with enterprises’ internal dynamic evolution. Drawing on the viewpoint of ecology and evolutionary economics,the authors suggest that it is very important to construct a strategic risk precaution system from the perspective of dynamic evolution,and demonstrate the interactive process of dynamic evolution,transformation and recycling in the strategic management and risk precaution system of enterprises.更多还原
