【Abstract】 With the guidance of enterprises’ aim, the investment scale and structure of foreign enterprises in a region are determined by two factors: enterprises’ own advantages and the local investment environment. Investment environment has positive influence on the investment efficiency of foreign enterprises. Infrostructure and managing environment affect the performance of foreign enterprises directly. According to the aims of enterprises, the decision-making mode of investment location of foreign enterprises are divided into the profit-acquisition and the resource-acquisition type. The foreign enterprises investing in our country are mainly the resource-acquisition type, which leads to the lower profit of foreign enterprises.更多还原
