【Abstract】 As a degree with a special background of vocational education,EDM aims to cultivate those who are engaged in fundamental education and management.China began its Master of Education(EDM) programmers in 1997.There has been remarkable progress as well as certain challenges.In this paper,we recommend a few successful experiences based on the practices of training program for education master degree students.It also expatiates on the opinion and suggestion of the existent problems.更多还原
