【Abstract】 Domestic currency appreciation affects a country’s domestic price in three paths: the fictitious economy,the real economy and the monetary policy;there is a positive feedback mechanism lies in the transmission mechanism in which domestic currency appreciation impacts economic stability through domestic price;in the short term,RMB appreciation couldn’t restrain domestic inflation,instead,it may stimulate domestic price’s increase.更多还原
