【Abstract】 In perspective of dualistic structure, both the Marxist classical writers and many contemporary western scholars have seriously considered the position of the cities and industry in the social and economic development which is included in the concept of "growth pole". The development mode of "growth pole" has played tremendous impetus role in the economic takeoff in the developing countries, yet has brought forth some serious negative effects in practice. Under the present circumstance of economic’s rapid growth in our country, the administrative departments should deal with the initiation effect and the negative effect calmly and objectively, correct the negative effect of the "growth pole" with active countermeasures, push forward the change of "growth pole" and "brim region" from "polarization" to "amalgamation" by way of the long-term strategy of "the industry promoting the agriculture and the urban promoting the rural" as soon as possible.更多还原
