【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔较大者使用吉妮IUD的临床效果。方法:对1996年1月~1999年12月放置吉妮IUD的896例妇女进行随访,随访时间为置器后1、3、6、12个月及以后每年1次。结果:宫腔6~9cm组10年累积脱落率为1·0%,宫腔>9cm组为1·2%,两组对比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);带器妊娠率和因症取出率,两组对比差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论:吉妮IUD可作为宫腔较大妇女的避孕选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of inserting GyneFix for 10 years among women with huge uterine cavity (the length over 9cm). Methods: 896 women who inserted GyneFix from January 1996 to December 1999 were followed up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after insertion, and once a year afterwards. Results: The life-table analysis showed that 10 years cumulative expulsion rates were 10% in 6-9cm group and 12% in over 9cm group, there was no significant difference between two groups(P>005). It also showed no significant differences in the pregnancy rate and discontinuation rate between two groups (P>005). Conclusion: GyneFix is recommended to be used among women with huge uterine (the length over 9cm).更多还原
