空气螺杆钻具特性研究及开发
Characteristics Study and Development of Air Drill
【摘要】 螺杆钻具广泛应用于常规钻井以及欠平衡钻井,空气螺杆钻具是专为空气钻井而设计的动力装置。对比分析了空气螺杆钻具与泥浆马达在空气钻井井况下的性能差异。介绍了对空气螺杆钻具的速度软特性与"飞车"问题及解决方法,讨论了定、转子截面变化对流量、动力的关系;阐述了国内外空气螺杆钻具的研发现状。
【Abstract】 Positive displacement drill(PDD)was used extensively for both conventional and unbalanced drilling.The air screw drill tool was power equipment which was designed for air drilling.The performance difference between air crew drill and mud motor was analyzed under the air drilling condition.The flexible characteristics of speed,"runaway" and the solution of air drill were introduced.It analyzed the relationship between flow,power for the section changes between stator and rotor.The research and development in the situation of air drill both at home and abroad are elaborated.
