【摘要】 本文简要概括了激光光束整形技术的发展和研究现状。就几种典型的光束整形技术,如非球面透镜组整形、微透镜阵列整形、衍射光学元件整形、双折射透镜组整形、液晶空间光调制器和圆锥镜等整形技术作了分类评述和讨论。介绍了各种整形的技术特点和实现方法,指出了这些整形技术尚待解决的一些问题,并展望了它们的可能应用领域和发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development and the present status of laser beam shaping are summarized in this paper.Several typical techniques,including the aspheric lenses,the lenslet array,the diffractive optical elements,the birefringent lenses,the liquid crystal spatial light modulator and the axicon,are commentated.The characteristic and realization of each method is introduced,existing problems in use are discussed,and prospects are predicted.更多还原
