【摘要】 目的:观察美罗华联合CHOP治疗非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法:选择4例非霍杰金氏淋巴瘤第一天给予美罗华375mg/m2,第二天给予CHOP方案化疗。结果:1例完全缓解,3例得到部分缓解。结论:美罗华联合其它化疗药物治疗B细胞淋巴瘤疗效好,患者耐受好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic and side-effect of Rituximab combined with chemotherapy in patients with B cell non-Hodgkin’ s Lymphoma (NHL).Method:4 patients with B cell NHL were received.Rituximab 375 mg/m2 was administered on day 1,and different chemotherapy regimens were administered on day 2.Result:1 cases achieved complete remission and 3 case had partial remission.Conclusion:Rituximab combined with chemotherapy is a highly effective and well-tolerated treatment in B cell NHL.更多还原
