【摘要】 目的:观察应用Q开关激光治疗雀斑及雀斑样痣的疗效。方法:应用Q开关激光的不同波长及剂量对雀斑及雀斑样痣进行治疗。其中波长755nm,能量密度5J/cm2-8J/cm2;波长532nm;能量密度1.6J/cm2-1.9J/cm2,观察12个月为一个疗程。结果:治疗358例,平均治疗一至四次,有效率100%。术后均无瘢痕及色素脱失发生。结论:Q开关激光治疗雀斑及雀斑样痣疗效满意,是安全便捷的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To study the therapeutic effects of Q-switch laser in treatment of freckles and lentigo.Methods: To treat freckles and freckletous naevus with Q-switch laser in different wave length and energy.Wave length 755nm,energy density 5J/cm2-SJ/cm2;wave length 532nm,energy density 1.6J/cm2-1.9 J/cm2.A course of treatment is 12 months.Results: The rate of cure was 100 present without scar and depigmentation.Conclusions: This technique was proved to be effective and safe in treatment of freckles and freckletous naevus.更多还原
