【摘要】 为了降低激光测距机性能参数测试的复杂度,开发了一体化的激光参数测试仪。该系统由数据采集、信号发生、测量模块等单元组成,并嵌入了高性能计算模块,所有控制功能由遵循VISA(virtual instrument software architecture)标准的测控软件完成,实现了各项参数的测量、计算、显示和存储。通过实践论证,激光参数测试仪较大程度的简化了激光测距机参数测量的过程,并能快速、精确、自动地完成各项操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integrated laser tester is developed in order to reduce the complexity of parameters test of laser range finder.The system is composed of data acquisition,signal generation,measuring modules,etc.A high performance-computing module is embedded into the tester which is controlled by the software.The measurement,computing,display and storage of all parameters are realized.The laser tester can simplify the process of parameters test of laser range finder,and can complete the operation rapidly,accurately and automatically by practice.更多还原
