【Abstract】 Focusing on the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities,this paper first advances the analysis framework,including basic premises,target system,object elements and realization mechanism;then it makes a discussion on the monopoly & competition of the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities,capital aggregation & centralization and the growth and expansion of such enterprises,appropriate logic angle of view that should be held at the local and international levels;finally,this paper conducts a specific analysis on the path selection for the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities.更多还原
