【Abstract】 Software testing and evaluation is undoubtedly important to improve software quality, since it is usually the last key link of developing before some software systems are delivered to the clients. What is called third-party software testing and evaluation is the comprehensive measurement and assessment of the software quality in accordance with relevant standards taken by the independent third-party testing and evaluation organizations according to the requirements of entrustors.
