【摘要】 为了进一步提高我国田径训练的科学化水平,缩小与世界先进水平之间的差距,我们对2007年度美国田径最佳教练华裔教练李犁的训练特点进行了专题研究。结果表明:重视训练细节、以赛代练、运动员的主观能动性和恢复是李犁教练获得成功的主要因素。另外,运动员培养体制的落后也是制约我国田径运动整体水平提高的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the scientific training level and reduce the difference with the advanced countries in track and field,the training characteristic of Li Li who wins the title of the best coach in America in 2007 is studied.The findings show that attaching importance to the training detail,match,go-aheadism and recovery are reasons why he can success.Also,the behindhand cultivating system of runners is also key factor that restricts the improvement on the track and field.更多还原
