【摘要】 目的通过研究家兔静脉留置针不同留置时间对血管内膜的影响,探讨静脉留置针的最佳留置时间。方法选取成年健康新西兰兔30只,随机分成3组,每组10只。将静脉留置针留置于兔耳缘静脉内保留不同时间(3、7、9d),于相应的时间点处死动物、取材,标本行常规脱水、包埋、切片、H-E染色,光镜下观察血管的变化。结果各组血管外观基本良好,无僵硬条索改变,9d组仅有1例标本弹性降低;各组血管静脉炎的发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在严格执行操作规程的基础上,对于刺激性小的静脉注射药物,留置针可适当延长至7～9d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the influence of different retention time of intravenous indwelling needle in rabbits on vscular intima and explore the optimal retention time.Methods Thirty healthy adult New-Zeland rabbits were selected as the study sample and evenly divided into three groups in random.The retention time of indwelling needle in ear marginal vein of rabbits was 3 d,7 d and 9 d in three groups respectively.After specified retention time,all the rabbits were killed and specimen was obtained to be routinely dehydrated,waxed,embedded,sliced,hematoxylin and eosin stained.Then the vascular changes were observed by light microscopy.Results The appearance of vein vessels in three groups was good,without changes of stiffness or trabs.Decreased elasticity was only found in one specimam in the group of 9 d retention of indwelling needle.There was not statistical difference in phlebitis among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of strictly following the procedure of practice,we can prolong the retention time of intravenous indwelling needle to 7～9 d if the medication is less irritating.更多还原
