自适应模糊控制器在电加工间隙控制中的应用
Application of fuzzy controller with parameter adaptation on electro discharge machining
【摘要】 在电火花加工中,放电间隙的大小及一致性是影响加工效率和精度的一个主要因素。通过建立模糊控制器,调节表征间隙状态的间隙电压,实现放电间隙的控制,并在此基础上,通过对电火花放电状态的检测,建立了一个自适应模糊控制器,实现了比例因子自校正,实时调整间隙电压的给定值,从而改善了系统的响应性能。
【Abstract】 The size and uniformity of the discharging gap is a very important factor in ensuring quality and efficiency during electro discharge machining(EDM) process.Generally,a fuzzy controller is built to achieve it by adjusting the voltage which accords with the discharging gap.On the basis of this,a novel fuzzy controller with parameter adaptation was proposed,which can accomplish the regulation of gap voltage expected,by detecting the states of discharging and adjusting proportional factors itself.The respond performance of system has been improved well in practice.
