悬式三导水轮发电机组盘车数据处理方法研究
Research on Jigger Data Analysis for Hanging-type Three-guided Water-turbine Generator Set
【摘要】 提出了采用最小二乘拟合原理,对悬式三导水轮发电机组盘车数据进行优化处理思想,并探讨了机组轴线的综合调整方法,推导了轴线最佳调整方位和调整量的计算公式。有效地解决了传统悬式三导水轮发电机组盘车数据处理方法要求等,无法准确综合判断机组轴线满足摆度精度要求的最佳调整方位及调整量等问题,同时克服了测量表面质量及测量误差对数据处理结果的影响。
【Abstract】 Put forward using least square fitting principle as the optimization disposal thought on the hanging-type three-guided water-turbine generator set jigger data, and discussed the complex adjustment methods of set axis, deduced the best adjustment orientation and size of set axis. Resolved the traditional hanging type three-guided water-turbine generator set data processing methods and its unable to estimate generally whether the set axes satisfy the swing precision or not effectively. Additionally, overcame the data processing results influences from measuring surface quality and measuring error.
