基于步进电机控制的偏差检测系统的设计
Aberration Measuring System Design Based on Stepper Motor Controlling
【摘要】 针对双目显示器对双目视场对准的要求,采用步进电机控制器控制平移、旋转、仰俯、滚动电移台的位移,设计了用摄像机代替人眼捕捉图像并进行偏差检测的系统。使用MSComm控健实现串口通信,实现了计算机偏差检测、分析的控制过程,为生产调试人员提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Helmet-mounted display(HMD) should aim at the binocular FOV(field of view), so the system using camera instead of eyes to capture image and analyse the aberration is designed by useing stepper motor controller to control the electricity moving platform’s displacement. MSComm control key is used to implement the serial port communication. And the controlled process of the computer to analyse aberration are realized. It provides the testing personnel with reference.
