基于压力波传送的管道气体流量测量方法
A New Measuring Method for Gas Flow in Pipeline Based on Pressure Wave
【摘要】 阐述了一种并联接入式的管道气体流速测量技术,测量时装置并联接人管路的闲置接口,利用气体流速与压力波传播速度的关系,在传播相同距离的条件下,通过测量压力波传播时间的变化量来计算气体流速的变化量,从而求解气体流量。与传统的测量方法相比,本方法接入方便,使用简单,有利于在气动节能领域的广泛使用。
【Abstract】 A new method of measuring gas in pipeline for pneumatic industry was proposed.Compared with traditional methods, the equipments can be parallel connected to pipelines using this method.The method is based on the relationshi(?)between pressure wave and its transmission medium,it can calculate the flow rate through measuring the time difference when pressure wave spreads through a certain distance in different directions in the pipeline.
