可重配置机床精度测量和补偿方法研究
Reconfigurable Machine Tools and Its Measure and Compensation Method Research
【摘要】 可重配置机床的一个重要特征就是实现了功能部件的模块化,用户根据自己的需求可以组织和配置所需要的功能模块。针对可重配置机床模块配置过程中的精度保持问题进行了研究,论述了对可重配置机床的几何精度和定位精度的测量方法,同时研究了模块配置后的精度补偿方法。由于所采用的测量和补偿方法简单通用,对一般的可重配置机床都适用。
【Abstract】 An important characteristic of reconfigurable machine tools is modularization of each function components,the antici- pant function modules can be organized and configured according to the need of the consumer.The research on precision maintenance during the course of machine tools module configuration was engaged,the measurement method of geometry precision and orientation precision of reconfigurable machine tools were introduced,and method of precision compensation after module configuration was re- searched at one time.The measurement and compensation method is simple and universal and is the same with ecumenical reconfigu- rable machine tools.
