数控机床的可靠性验证方法研究

【摘要】 介绍了可靠性综合验证方法,对数控机床转塔刀架系统进行了可靠性综合验证,得到了刀架系统寿命失效密度函数及其失效分布函数以及转塔刀架系统可靠性的更新过程。基于贝叶斯理论和系统研制的全过程,提出了数控机床工程研制阶段可靠性验证的新方法。

【Abstract】 The comprehensive reliability testing method was introduced and comprehensive reliability testing was carried out with the turret tool carrier of the CNC machine tools.Life expiration density function, expiration distribution function of the tool carrier system and renewal process of the reliability of the turret tool carrier were got.Based on Bayesian theory and the whole process of system manufacture, a new method of reliability testing in the manufacture of CNC machine tools was put forward.
