海浪电液模拟装置液压系统可靠性设计

【摘要】 利用电液伺服系统模拟海浪运动,可以在实验室环境中为船舶性能测试提供条件。考虑该装置最基本最关键的要求是液压系统必须可靠,因此笔者就液压系统进行了可靠性设计与分析。通过建立液压系统可靠性模型和可靠度数学模型,并给出设计计算实例,最后提出提高系统的可靠性途径。

【Abstract】 With the electro-hydraulic servo surf simulation system,the surf simulation can be accomplished in laboratory so as to provide performance test conditions for the ship.Considering the most essential and important problem is the hydraulic system must be reliable,a introduction of the design and analysis of hydraulic system was presented.The reliability model of hydraulic system and math-model were established,and the example of design and calculation was given,which proposes the way to improve the reliability of the system.
