管道配置对阀控缸液压系统动态特性的影响

【摘要】 在阀控缸液压系统的数学建模和分析中,由于管道数学模型的复杂性,通常忽略了管道对系统的动态特性的影响。理论和实践表明,管道对液压系统的静态和动态特性都有着较为显著的影响。定量预测管道对系统动态特性的影响及优化管道配置,对于高性能液压系统优化设计具有重要意义。笔者在AMESim仿真环境下,运用AMESim提供的液压库、管道子模型库和其它子模型库,对阀控缸液压系统进行了动态仿真,研究了液压控制阀与液压缸之间的管道配置对系统动态特性的影响。

【Abstract】 At the model building and analysis of valve controlled cylinder hydraulic system,the influence of pipeline on the dynamics characteristics of system is generally not considered.The theory and practice indicate that the influence of pipeline on the static and dynamics characteristics of hydraulic system is remarkable.Under the AMESim simulation environment,using hydraulic library,pipeline submodel libraries and other submodel libraries provided by AMESim software,dynamic characteristics of the valve controlled cylinder hydraulic system were simulated,the influence of pipeline between the servo valve and the cylinder on the dynamics characteristics of system was investigated.
