掘进机电液比例摆动控制仿真研究
Simulation Research on Electrical-hydraulic Proportion Swing Control System of Roadheader
【摘要】 基于对AM-50掘进机悬臂摆动液压控制系统的分析,提出了电液比例改进方案,对改进后的悬臂摆动液压控制系统建立了数学模型,利用Matlab软件对该系统进行了开环控制与PID控制仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该系统具有良好的控制特性。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of AM-50 type roadheader cantalever swing hydraulic control system,electrical-hydraulic proportional improvement scheme was put forward,and the mathematical model of the improved swing hydraulic control system was built.Matlab software was used to simulate the open-loop control and PID control of the system.The result of the simulation shows that the improved swing hydraulic control system has good control performance.
