综合改进遗传算法进行齿轮传动优化设计

【摘要】 运用模糊可靠性优化理论,建立了齿轮传动优化数学模型。并在标准遗传算法基础上,通过综合改进遗传算子,提出一种综合改进的遗传算法。该算法通过初始种群选择,最优个体保留,自适应交叉和计算终止等方面进行设计,有效地避免了早熟和近亲繁殖,提高了收敛速度,实现了具有混合设计变量的齿轮传动参数优化。

【Abstract】 An optimization model of gear transmission with fuzzy reliability optimization theory was established.By using improved operators, and aiming at the slow rapidity of convergence and easiness to precocity of basic genetic algorithm,a synthetically improved genetic algorithm was presented.This improved genetic algorithm has comprehensive scientific designs in many aspects,such as the choice of original colony,the reservation of the best individual,adaptive crossover,and preventive policy to precocious phenomenon,which can effectively overcome the precocity,avoid close relative propagation,noticeably enhance the rapidity of convergence,and has good adaptive characteristics.Optimization of gear transmission with mixed parameter was achieved.
