基于通用运放的GMA用大功率恒流驱动源设计

【摘要】 在分析超磁致伸缩材料的驱动特性及超磁致伸缩执行器驱动源特点的基础上,采用连续调整型恒流源的原理,以通用运放为基础,研制出电流在-3~+3A范围内连续可调的大功率恒流功放作为超磁致伸缩执行器驱动源。实际测试的结果表明其性能良好,可以满足驱动超磁致伸缩材料的要求。

【Abstract】 The driving characteristic of giant magnetostrictive materials and the characteristic of driving power of giant magnetostrictive actuator were analyzed.Based on the principle of constant current source which is adjusted continuously and using general operational amplifier,a great power constant current power amplifier as driving power of giant magnetostrictive actuator was studied and manufactured whose output current can be adjusted continuously from-3~+3A.The experiment results show that the property of driving power is excellent and the driving power can meet the needs of driving of giant magnetostrictive materials.
