基于ANSYS的轿车侧门密封条非线性有限元分析
Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis Based on ANSYS for Car Seal
【摘要】 讨论了轿车侧门密封条的几何模型、材料特性、接触面和边界条件的建立。利用大型有限元软件ANSYS对帕萨特B5侧门密封条进行了非线性有限元分析,获得了密封条压缩变形形状、接触面上的压应力和摩擦应力以及压缩受力变形特性。这对优化车门关闭力以及提高密封条的密封性能都具有较大的实际意义。
【Abstract】 The geogmetry model,material characteristic and the contact and foundation of boundary condition for car door seal were discussed.An analysis was made on the door inboard seal of Passat B5 using nonlinear finite element method based on ANSYS.The deformed shape of seal,contact press,contact friction stress and compression load deflection of seal were gained.It is meaning to optimize door closing effort and improve the capability of seal.
