基于计算机视觉的塑料齿轮齿形缺陷检测
The Detection of the Tooth Form Defect of Plastic Gear Based on Computer Vision
【摘要】 提出了一种基于CCD图像的塑料齿轮齿形缺陷检测方法。采用A102FCCD数字摄像头采集塑料齿轮的图像,经过IEEE1394数字接口卡传输到计算机。对含有噪声的原始数字图像实施平滑处理、图像分割、轮廓提取及细化等处理,使图像转变成易于检测的单像素宽边缘信息。检测了齿轮中心孔的圆心,进而对齿轮齿形缺陷进行检测。理论分析及实验结果表明该方法检测速度快、精度高,满足产品在线检测的要求。
【Abstract】 A new defect detection method of plastic gear tooth form based on CCD imaging was put forward.The digital image of plastic gear was collected by A102FCCD device,and was input into computer by IEEE1394 digital card.The original gray level image with noise was changed into edge information with single-pixel width after processed by smoothing processing,image segmentation,contour extraction and thinning,etc.The center of gear center hole was detected,and then the gear tooth form defect was detected.The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method is characterized by high speed and high precision,and satisfies with the on-line detection requirement of production.
