数控车削中刀尖圆弧过渡刃对车削圆弧的影响及处理方法的研究

【摘要】 带刀尖圆弧过渡刃的车刀在数控车削中得到广泛的使用,但在车削圆锥面和圆弧面时容易产生欠切、过切现象。本文阐述了带刀尖圆弧过渡刃的车刀车削圆弧时产生欠切、过切现象的原因,并以广州数控系统GSK980TA数控车床为例来分析,提出了改进措施,达到零件加工精度的要求。

【Abstract】 Lathe tools with arc transition edge are widely use in NC lathing.However,when they are used to turn arc surface or conic surface,lack turning or excessive turning is likely to happen.The reasons of lack turning and excessive turning when tools with arc transition edge are used to lathe arc surface were analyzed.Taking GSK980TA of Guangzhou as an example,some improvement measures were put forward to realize the processing precision of parts.
