超高速动静压推力轴承特性优化分析
Optimization Analysis of Hybrid Thrust Bearing with Shallow Recess in Super High Speed
【摘要】 利用有限元法和复合形法对一种新型结构的超高速动静压推力轴承进行了静态、动态性能计算和重要参数的优化设计,在保证轴承承载能力的情况下,有效地降低了摩擦功耗。计算结果对降低超高速旋转机械的摩擦功耗和温升具有一定的理论意义和较大的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The static and dynamic characteristic coefficients of hybrid thrust bearing in super high speed were calculated with finite element method.The important parameters were optimized with complex method.The computation results were meaning for reducing the friction power and temperature of super high speed rotary machine efficiently.
