【Abstract】 There is no any reasonable doubt that Victim-Offender-Mediation in the criminal investigation has the great positive significance.However,we should treat this new method that may promote the criminal justice in the harmonious society reasonably,and we should do our best to forecast the problems confronting us and find the countermeasures to resolve these problems in order to make Victim-Offender-Mediation a positive and effective system in the construction of the rule-of-law and harmonious society.更多还原
