一种新型液压联锁系统内泄漏潜在通路可靠性分析及仿真研究

【摘要】 对一种新型液压联锁系统进行了功能动作和联锁机理分析,以阀和液压缸的内泄漏潜在通路对联锁可靠性的影响为研究目的,针对电液换向阀的内泄漏、制动器液压缸的压差锁、液动换向阀的旁通孔对联锁可靠性的影响,采用理论推导和建模仿真的分析方法,找出了电液换向阀零位遮盖量、压差缸弹簧、旁通孔直径等联锁可靠性的影响因素及其关系式,得出并验证了该液压联锁系统可靠的结论。

【Abstract】 The functional actions and interlock principle analysis of a new kind of hydraulic interlock system is expounded,the effect of internal leakage sneak path of the valves and hydraulic cylinders to interlock reliability is defined as research objective,the theory derivation and modeling simulation analysis of internal leakage of electric-hydraulic directional valve,pressure difference lock of break cylinder and bypass hole of hydraulic drive directional valve to interlock reliability is presented,the effect factors and relation expressions of zero-position overlap of electric-hydraulic directional valve,spring of pressure difference hydraulic cylinder,diameter of bypass hole interlock reliability are found,the conclusion which the hydraulic interlock system is reliable is validated.
