【摘要】 目的了解安徽省临泉县HIV感染者安全套使用技巧与自我效能情况,为HIV感染者提供有针对性的防治方式。方法采用匿名问卷,对82名已婚的18~60岁HIV感染者进行横断面调查,用专门设计的调查表调查人口学特征、性生活情况、安全套的使用情况以及自我效能,进行统计学分析。结果82名感染者中,大部分感染者知道感染情况后性生活比过去减少,67.4%男性感染者和65.7%的女性感染者最近一次性生活使用了安全套,差异无统计学意义。男性HIV感染者与女性HIV感染者相比,在安全套的获取、自我感觉、自我评价方面差异有统计学意义。结论我国HIV感染者主要集中在农村地区,多数处于性活跃期,本次研究说明,要进一步加大艾滋病防治力度,在对HIV感染者干预中,重点应提高女性与性伴侣交流、沟通、协商的技能,克服免费索取安全套时的羞辱感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand condom use skill and self-efficacy among patients with HIV,in order to provide effective intervention.Methods Eighty-two of the HIV infected were sampled from Linquan County,Anhui Province.An anonymous questionnaire was used to collect information about their demographic features,history of sexual practice,condom use skill and self-efficacy.Results Most of the HIV infected had a decline in their sex practice.67.4% of male subjects and 65.7% of female subjects used condoms at the latest sexual intercourse,which had no statistical significance.There were differences in access to condoms,feeling of condoms,and self-evaluation.Conclusions People with HIV in China mainly live in rural areas,and are pexually engaged in an active way.Our study suggests that more attention be paid to famales infected with HIV,their capability of communication,negotiation of sex with their husbands,and elimination of their humiliation of accessing free condoms.更多还原
