聚氨酯开孔硬质泡沫降噪性能的研究

【摘要】 采用全水发泡工艺,通过对配方的调节,研制了一种具有较高耐压强度和较好降噪性能的聚氨酯开孔硬质泡沫塑料。实验结果表明,采用芳香胺类聚醚多元醇A和低粘度聚醚多元醇B配合,当开孔剂质量分数为3·0%、泡沫稳定剂质量分数为2·0%、水的添加量为4·0%,泡沫厚度为3·5cm时,聚氨酯泡沫塑料降噪性能最好。

【Abstract】 The water-blown rigid polyurethane foam which had higher compressive resistance and better noise reduction effect were prepared by formulation adjustment. The result showed that noise reduction effect of the foam was the best when aniline polyether polyol A and low viscosity polyether polyol B were used, with the open-cell agent content was 3.0%, foam stability agent content was 2.0%, water content was 40% and the thickness of foam was about 3.5 cm.
