【Abstract】 Combining the practice of superintendence in the School of Pharmacy,the authors probe into the characters of superintendence in sub-colleges and departments of a university,expound the structure of supervising staff and requirements of self development,propose the overall construction of the superintending system and several relationships that should be handled properly in superintendence.And then,the standardizing construction of superintendence in colleges and departments of a university is discussed in order to promote the collegeand department superintendence from spontaneity to consciousness and the transformation of randomness to normaliztion and scientificity.更多还原
