增产丙烯LIP-200催化剂的工业应用
Industrial application of catalyst LIP-200 for increasing yield of propylene
【摘要】 在140万t/a催化裂化工业装置上进行了LIP-200型多产异构烷烃(MIP)工艺专用催化剂的应用试验。结果表明,在原料性质基本不变或略差的情况下,使用LIP-200催化剂后,产品稳定汽油的烯烃体积分数基本不变,辛烷值略有上升,总液收达到83.72%,液化气收率达到19.13%,液化气中丙烯体积分数增加了4.8个百分点,催化剂单耗较低,约为0.6kg/t。
【Abstract】 The application of LIP-200 catalyst for maximizing iso-paraffin (MIP) process was carried out in a 1.4 Mt/a FCC unit.The results showed that when the quality of feedstocks was the same or a little bad,the olefin content of stabilized gasoline kept invariable after using LIP-200 catalyst,the RON of the gasoline increased slightly,the total yield of liquid and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) reached 83.72% and 19.13% respectively,and the mass fraction of propylene in LPG increased by 4.8 percent points.The consumption of catalyst was lower,about 0.6 kg/t.
