高炉焦炭负荷的分布规律

【摘要】 焦炭负荷和焦炭在风口前的失碳率随着煤比的提高而增大,而焦炭强度则随着失碳率的提高而降低,因而焦炭在高炉内各部位所承受的压力,成为进一步研究极限煤比的基础。根据高炉炉料的散料特性,采用微元平衡法,对散料体中的任意微元体应用守恒定律,建立连续方程和运动方程,并结合状态方程,建立二维炉料压力数学模型。然后采用数值差分法对流函数和压力函数进行差分推导,设定流场和压力场的边界条件,对高炉内各点进行迭代计算,并用VC++进行程序代码设计得出了压力场分布规律。

【Abstract】 The carbon loss ratio of coke increases with increasing the coal rate injected in blast furnace and the strength of coke decreases with increasing the carbon loss ratio.To research the stress distribution in a blast furnace is the first step of the research on the limitation of coal rate for ironmaking.Based on element balance and general differential equation,a 2-D mathematical model for simulating the stress distribution in a blast furnace has been established using equation of continuity,equation of motion and equation of state.The flow function and stress function have been deduced using difference equation.The program was designed using Microsoft Visual C++ according to the given boundary conditions of flow and stress fields.The calculation of the stress distribution is drawn.
