基于ARM的DeviceNet一体化适配器开发
Development of ARM-Based DeviceNet Integration Adapter
【摘要】 从现场通用的老式RS232串口与新兴DedceNet网络的兼容问题为出发点,以Atmel的32位ARM7高速处理器为开发平台,充分发挥其处理高速和功能多样的优势,同时结合DeviceNet现场总线高效和诊断的优点。开发了一个带8路数字量输入,8路数字量输出,4路模拟量输入和RS232串口的DevciceNet一体化通信适配器。特别从系统硬件开发和软件开发两方面加以阐述,并结合OMRON PLC主站测试系统,最终成功给予测试。
【Abstract】 Starting with the compatibility problem of the old universal serial RS232 and the emerging DeviceNet,with Atmel’s high- speed 32-bit ARM7 processor as a platform for the development,giving full play to its high-speed processing and functional diversity advantage and combining with efficient DeviceNet Fieldbus and its diagnostic advantages,an integrated communication adapter with 8-channel digital inputs,8-channel digital output,4-channel analog input and RS232 serial port DevciceNet is developed.Particular- ly,the development of hardware and software is described combining with OMRON PLC master star on test system to test the product successfully.
