高精度电磁波式纸张水分自动检测系统的研制

【摘要】 结合目前纸张印刷业的需求和技术现状,叙述了自行研发的电磁波式纸张水分测量系统,简要论述了系统的软硬件开发过程。该系统实现了纸张水分含量的自动检测,完成数据采集与实时显示、数据的存储与分析处理等功能。针对应用中的实际情况,分析了系统数据处理的滤波问题和检测系统参数的校正问题,成功解决了存在的问题,提高了测量的效率和精度。

【Abstract】 With the demand of the present paper printing industry and its current technical situation,the paper moisture content auto-test system of electromagnetic wave mode that is developed by ourselves is described.The designing courses of the hardware and software are also introduced in brief.The system has realized the automatic detection of paper moisture content,such as data acquisition and real time display,data storage and analysis.Following,in view of its application in the real situation,the wave filtering problem of the system data handling is analyzed and the rectification problem of the system parameter is checked as well.Finally,the existent problems are successfully solved,meanwhile,the testing precision and efficiency are greatly improved.
