导弹智能诊断测试系统设计
Design of Missile Intelligent Diagnosis Test System
【摘要】 基于虚拟仪器技术,设计了导弹智能诊断测试系统,采用模块化、智能化及结构化的设计思想,具有较好的扩展性和可维护性。在测试流程中优化调用测试资源以提高测试速度,满足导弹测试对上电时间的限制;采用多线程技术,并配合采集板卡上的硬件时钟,实现毫秒时间内的精确数据采集、计算和注入。诊断模块采用贝叶斯网络推理方法,能实现快速故障诊断。该系统可对导弹前舱、控制舱及训练弹进行自动诊断测试,能提高导弹检测的效率及可靠性。
【Abstract】 Based on virtual instrument,a missile intelligent diagnosis test system is designed.The software is developed under modular,intelligent and structured precept.In this way,the expandability and maintainability of the software are improved.The test resources application is optimized in the test flow to improve the test speed greatly and to satisfy the power-on time limit for missile test.The accurate data acquisition,data calculating and data injecting could be completed in a millisecond to satisfy the harsh missile test requirement by applying multithreading technology and hardware clock on a data acquisition card.Bayesian network is used in the diagnosis module,and the fault location could be achieved quickly.This automatic test equipment can automatically diagnose and test the nose cabin and control cabin of a missile and training missile,and it enhances the test efficiency and reliability.
