航空发动机故障监控系统的设计与软件实现
Design and Software Implementation of a Fault Monitoring System for Aero-Engines
【摘要】 基于航空发动机监控理论及故障诊断技术概念,以LabWindows/CVI为开发平台,运用C语言结合Matlab混合编程,设计开发出航空发动机监控系统及其振动故障信号的分析处理软件。该软件包括几个大的模块,界面友好,操作简便,简洁直观。为发动机状态监控和故障分析提供了一个有效的工具。
【Abstract】 Based on the theories for monitoring aero-engines and their fault diagnosis,a monitoring system for aero-engines and a software for analyzing their vibrating fault signals are designed and developed.The software is programmed with C-Language and Matlab on the platform of LabWindows/CVI.It’s consisted of several modules and characterized with friendly interfaces,convenient operation and good looking.Therefore,it is a powerful tool for the condition monitoring and fault analyzing of aero-engines.
