水环境中优先控制药物筛选体系的建立与应用

【摘要】 参考国外经验,以药物在水环境中的预测含量、存在持久性及其毒性为依据,研究建立了水环境中优先控制药物的筛选体系,并对上海市水环境中的七类药物进行了筛选。结果表明,得分40以上的药物有8种,30~40分之间的有16种,可以作为上海市水环境中的"优先控制药物"。建立的筛选体系具有可操作性及普适性,为明确今后监测管理的重点以及水环境中药物生态风险评价及其污染控制提供了重要依据。

【Abstract】 Pharmaceuticals become the kind of "persistent" pollutants in aquatic environment since they have been widely used in daily life and continually released into aquatic environment.It was reported that many of them have the adverse effects on ecological environment and human health.The issue in aquatic environment of China could be more severe,as China is one of the biggest countries which of high amount of pharmaceutical productions and consumptions.Referring the abroad experiences,this paper attempted to develop a screen scheme for priority control pharmaceutical in aquatic environment.It was based on the predicted environmental concentration,persistent and toxicity of the pharmaceutical.Seven types of drugs in Shanghai aquatic environment were conducted the prioritization using the scheme.The results showed that 8 pharmaceuticals scoring above 40 and 16 pharmaceuticals scoring from 30 to 40 can be listed as the "priority control pharmaceuticals" in the aquatic environment of Shanghai.The developed screen scheme has good maneuverability and applicability.It helps to establish the focus of future monitoring and management.It also provides an important basis for ecological risk assessment and pollution control of pharmaceuticals in aquatic environment.
