【摘要】 目的探讨分裂样精神病在疾病分类学上的地位,及其与精神分裂症的关系。方法采用简明精神病量表对42例分裂样精神病和45例精神分裂症进行评定,并同时收集其阳性家族史、Schneider一级症状发生频度及合作程度。结果分裂样精神病与精神分裂症在临床上既有区别又有一定的联系。结论分裂样精神病作为一个独立的疾病单元有其存在的必要,但仅根据病期作为区别其与精神分裂症的唯一标准有一定的局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Staudy on the status of schizophrenia-like phychosis in nosology and its relationship with schizophrenia.Methods The brief psychiatric ratiry scale was used to evaluate 42 schizophrenia-like psychosis patients and 45 schizophrenia patients,Collectiry their positive family history and the frequency of schneider first rank symptoms and their cooperation degrec.Results There are some difference between schizophrenia-like psychosis and schizophrenia,but they are connected with each other.Conclusion The existence of schizophrenia-like psychosis as an independence is still necessary,but take the disease period as the only distinguish with schizophrenia is still limited.更多还原
