侧脑室注射神经肽Y对EAE豚鼠发病的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨侧脑室注射神经肽Y(NPY)对EAE豚鼠发病潜伏期、神经功能障碍评分及病理改变的影响,研究NPY对EAE发病的作用。方法将20只豚鼠随机分为EAE对照组、NPY干预组。观察两组豚鼠发病潜伏期、神经功能障碍评分、死亡率及病理改变。结果NPY干预组发病后潜伏期明显比EAE对照组延长(P<0.001),发病高峰期神经功能障碍评分明显降低(P<0.001),死亡率降低(P<0.05),且病理改变程度较轻。结论NPY干预组豚鼠发病轻、潜伏期延长、神经功能障碍较轻、死亡率低、病理上炎性细胞浸润及白质脱髓鞘改变较轻,说明了侧脑室注射NPY对EAE的发病在临床症状和病理上都能起到保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of neuropeptide Y on the delitescenc、ethe maximal disease score and the pathological changes of EAE,to investigate the effect of NPY on EAEM.ethods 20 Guinea pigs were included and were assigned randomly to two groups:the EAE control group,and the NPY interference group.The delitescence,the maximal disease score,the death rate and the pathological changes of each group were comparedR.esults Comparing to the EAE control group,the delitescence of the NPY interference group was significantly longer(P<0.001),the maximal disease score was significantly lowerP(<0.001),the death rate of was obviously decreased(P<0.05),the pathological changes of the NPY interference group were decreasedC.onclusion In NPY interference group,the neurological deficit was weaker,delitescence was postponed,death rate was reduced,and the change of damnification and inflammatory was alleviated.It is proved that NPY Given Intracerebroventriculary can protected EAE both in clinic and pathology.
