【摘要】 目的探讨带旋髂深血管髂骨骨膜-骨瓣移植加空心加压螺钉内固定治疗青少年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法经改良的Smith-Petersen入路,取旋髂深血管髂骨骨膜-骨瓣移植于股骨颈骨折骨槽内,2～3枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗23例。结果经1.5～5年随访,22例4个月～1年达到骨性愈合。1例股骨头缺血性坏死Ⅱ期。髋关节功能评价为优15例,良5例,可3例。结论带旋髂深血管髂骨膜-骨瓣移植加空心加压螺钉内固定,血供好,固定牢固,能促进骨折愈合,减少股骨头坏死的发生,是治疗青少年股骨颈骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss with deep iliac circumflex iliac vessels film-bone graft and hollow compression screw fixation of the femoral neck fracture of young people.Methods Improved Smith-Petersen approach,take deep iliac circumflex iliac vessels periosteum-bone graft in the femoral neck fracture bone bed,～23 hollow compression screw fixation for the treatment of 23 cases. Results After 1.5～5 years of follow-up,22 cases of four months～ 1 year of healing.One case of a vascular necrosisⅡ period.
