【摘要】 目的探讨急性继发性脑室出血的有效治疗方法。方法采用经额枕角置双管侧脑室引流治疗急性继发性脑室出血31例(治疗组),采用单侧经额角脑室穿刺引流治疗急性继发性脑室出血29例(对照组);并对治疗后的效果进行分析。结果治疗组总有效率为74.2%,优于对照组总有效率44.8%(P<0.05),并且其血肿清除时间(6d)也明显短于对照组(8d)。结论经额枕角置双管侧脑室引流是一种安全、有效的治疗急性脑室出血的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate acute secondary intraventricular hemorrhage effective treatment methods. Methods A double-lateral ventricle drainage treatment of acute secondary intraventricular hemorrhage in 31 cases (group),a single-lateral ventricle drainage treatment of acute secondary intraventricular hemorrhage 29 cases (the control group); after treatment and the effects of.
