【摘要】 目的观察重组人生长激素(rhGH)联合肠内营养(EN)在重度烧伤患者救治中的作用。方法将62例重度烧伤患者随机分成治疗组(rhGH联合EN治疗)和对照组(单纯EN治疗),每组31例。治疗组以重组人生长激素联合肠内营养治疗,对照组以单纯肠内营养治疗。观察两组患者体重、血清白蛋白的变化及创面愈合情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者体重下降显著减少,白蛋白合成增加,同时创面愈合时间明显缩短。结论生长激素联合肠内营养有利于重度烧伤患者的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Recombinant Human Growth Hormone(rhGH) and Enteral Nutrition(EN) on major burned patients.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental(rhGH & EN) and the control(EN).The patients of the experimental group treated with rhGH and EN.Comparision was made in weight changes,plasma-albumin and healing time.Result In the experimental group,the weight and the plasma-albumin loss was less.The healing time of wounds was obviously shortened compared to the control.Conclusions The application of rhGH and EN for major burned patients can improve plasma-albumin and shorten the healing time.更多还原
