T10钢在脉冲电场作用下球化退火工艺参数的优化研究
Optimization Study of Ball Annealing Process Parameters of Steel T10 under the Effect of Impulse Electric Field
【摘要】 本文采用正交实验法,对T10钢进行了研究,找出了T10钢在脉冲电场作用下理想的球化退火新工艺参数,并进行了相应的新工艺实验,得到了T10钢较理想的球化体组织,同时降低了T10钢的退火加热温度、缩短保温时间,其硬度可比普通退火低50~100HBS,更好的改善了T10钢的切削加工性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the ideal parameters of steel T10 was found under the effect of impulse electric field through the Orthogonal experiment.Through the corresponding experiments of the new technology,the better ball body of the T10-steel organization had been obtained,while the T10-steel annealing temperature had been reduced,the holding time shortened,the hardness lowed 50~100HBS comparable to ordinary annealed.The T10-steel machining performance was better improved.
